The Committee on Veterans’ Affairs and Homeland Security moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2771 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §18A-3-2a of the Code of West Virginia,1931, as amended, relating to teaching certificates for teachers whose spouses are members of the Armed Forces who are on active duty stationed in this state or within fifty air miles of the West Virginia border.”
